Edited: The staff here are helpful and know their stuff. I decided to buy back my old phone and they even had the same one there for me.
And since the Customer Service made up for the shipping mistake, it’s all good.

Today, I sold you back my Moto G6 that I had ordered from you online. Although I only had received the phone without any accessories, the store staff (Kirkcaldy) charged me for a ‘missing’ plug!

It’s not my fault when you apparently have a rule that you can only sell mobile phones, incl. a plug (charger?). Is that even true? Why did I not get a charger and cable from you, but had to buy my own? Obviously, I don’t want to give you a charger for 2.60 when it was worth more. I even gave you a USB cable worth about 10 Pounds and you still charged this ‘deduction’. And then to argue about it in the store, with two colleagues trying to shut me down, is really poor.

Bought a PS5 and after 4 months, the controller had a fault rendering it useless. Returned to the store in Kirkcaldy expecting some after care service given the, well advertised “24 month guarantee” offered on their goods. Alas no, so I had to buy a new one, from elsewhere! Don’t waste your time or money on anything from here, question their, prices, integrity and promises. Worthless.

Loads of choices but nothing I would actually buy. The prices are a rip off. Their preowned items like DVD or blurays you will find cheaper elsewhere. Their extended warranty for electricals are a bonus but for certain items the prices are a few quid under the new price. In saying that portable devices like mp3 players, certain older models are pretty cheap.
