On the basis of all of the positive reviews I took myself down there to get my partner’s phone screen repaired and a screen saver for both his phone and my own brand new phone. I had read on previous reviews that the screen savers were provided on phone repairs free however I was charged PS70 for the screen repair and PS10 each for the screen savers. Both our phones became very unresponsive following the fitting of the screen savers and to my extreme annoyance, the following day it appeared the screen on my phone down the side of the screen saver was smashed. My phone had not been dropped or anything and once I removed the screen saver to inspect the damage I discovered the phone was not smashed but as the screen saver itself was so thick it had shattered! The thickness of the screen was very obviously the reason my phone was unresponsive and my partner decided to remove his also very thick screen saver to find his phone is now responding to his touch.
In summary, the screen repair gets full five stars along with the speed at which the repair was done and I believe the price to be average for the repair/replacement screen.
The screen savers get a zero rating for quality and price.

Have a look at this ‘nicely’ changed screen by this company. After these results was offered to return the phone. This time the screen was glued & left for a while.. Yet the screen still split & I called them back again. Was asked to travel back & return the phone again so they could fix it. It was a far distance for me so I asked HOW they will fix it this time to make sure its properly fixed so I would not travel 4th time. I heard no apologies, just “bring back & we will try to do something”. These guys as they should be an experts (according to the brand’s name) or at least do the job they charge for.. Due to these ‘trials’ on my phone I can NOT recommend this company, & instead of bringing my poor phone back in AGAIN & spending money on traveling from far, I visited other company abroad to affix this newly changed/installed screen. I had to pay twice, yet I know now where to take (& not to take) my phone to 🙂

I needed my phone fixed urgently as my screen wasn’t coming on. I tried a few options in Dunfermline and after explaining the symptoms they said I needed a new screen and it would cost PS150. My response was one of astonishment, without even looking what the problem was. Cosmic!!!
My daughter suggested Phone Expert in East Port. The gentlemen checked it over and explained what the fault was. It was a connector issue which he fixed for PS35.
