Avoid, they sold me overheating tablet, everything was fine till I came home with product, it was heating up within minutes if you were working on it and when charged. Returned the next day as did not think this is fine. Was refunded as a voucher not given me my money back as apparently I changed my mind, complaints team also rubbish they tell you everything is fine with the product, the same staff, the IT guy hides behind the wall, you cannot see what he is doing to the product if he is doing any checks anyway. Regret I did not ask for the proof, why this all is not done in front of the customer like they would like to hide something, but lesson learned.

Used to work here. Managerial staff were blunt, and borderline abusive. A co-worker at the time accepted a faulty product, without knowing if it was faulty at the time of acceptance or after the fact, they pulled him aside and accused him of corporate espionage. The Management were also very much not shy of reprimanding staff directly, in front of customers sometimes making for really awkward encounters. It’s been a while, maybe the management has changed. But this is with out a doubt, the worst place I’ve worked in my career.
