I recently took my MacBook to be fixed and was told by a staff member “the computer engineers are all on holiday”.

They refused to let me leave my computer and didn’t provide any information. I swiftly left the shop feeling completely gutted. Frankly, a total waste of time and fuel.

This company was recommended but how they even retain new business is beyond me. A rather hollow customer service experience that let’s face it should be easy and straightforward.

Broken Mac, leave it, fix it, return to customer….it’s a simple solution!!!!!

Outstanding service. I recently made a botched attempt to upgrade the RAM in my Mac, resulting in damage to the logic board and a machine that would not start up. MacUpgrades got it all sorted, did the RAM installation while they were at it, and got it back to me within a couple of days. And the price for the job was extremely reasonable. They also called me a couple of times with updates on progress, which was great.

I am a very relieved man and very thankful to the guys at MacUpgrades!

Very happy with these guys. I’m based in London, so a bt of a pain to send to Cambridge, but i have now used them twice once for an iMac upgrade ( a few years ago when they were called MacUgrades) and second time as SolderFix to repair my Macbook Air – damage to something that connects to the backlight fuse. Both times good service and much better fix prices than I can find in London.
