All I can say is that the service provided by Jamie, Janet, Will and Cooper of the Dereham Team, not forgetting Mitchell of the Norwich Team has been outstanding from start to finish. A modern new Hotpoint oven was supplied however unfortunately it did not fit (an error on my part). The teams worked seamlessly to find me an alternative unit to fit my bespoke application. There was no hesitation in taking the incorrect oven back despite it being unpacked, etc. I now have a new oven that fits and I’m one happy customer. The moral of the story is that it really does pay off shopping local. Thank you Hughes!
The branch wasn’t the issue. It was the delivery drivers. Made a massive mess in my kitchen and pretty much got me to clean it. Taking into account, I’m recovering from a mega operation!!
One of them asked if he could use a knife. He even said it was so he didn’t have to go to the van to get one!!
