Partly because I have an ICT background I will spend too long trying to resolve computer issues, but Windows blue screen & repeated boot/start up failures led to Alex. I recommend seeking his expertise without delay. He tested and assessed my laptop and within hours emailed me a coherent action plan with a very fair estimate. Just a day later he had replaced a failed solid state drive and a 1Tb hard disk with a new solid state drive, reloaded Windows 11 and configured it to my laptop, recovered 100,000 family photos and other personal data from the hard disk and loaded it back to the laptop. This represented a cost saving of about PS1000 on a new laptop at the same spec. Alex has excellent communication skills and a background in adult education, which enable him to engage clients with clarity and assurance irrespective of the extent of their computing knowledge. I’ve used Alex on 3 occasions in the last couple of years, twice to resolve synchronization issues with our business CRM and latterly to bring my 7 year old PC up to current spec. On all 3 jobs he worked his magic, got us up and running quickly and my updated PC is now a joy to use.
