Staff really helpful – would have given 5 stars, but there were a few ‘after sales’ issues. I wasn’t given the PIN number for the second hand laptop I bought so had to dash back to shop at 4pm on a Sunday to get it before I flew to Madrid…god knows how I would have obtained the PIN once I had left the country because there is no direct telephone number or email for individual shops. I made it as they were pulling the shutters down – got the PIN.
Also, the CEX Microsoft account in Windows should really have been deleted and the computer reset at the point of purchase for security.
The actual laptop is fantastic, and bought for a very good price.
Stock is advertised on the website for products they don’t have in the shop.

Thank you for the feedback. The item I was searching was any means of connecting a screen to a DP port (adapter or cable solutions). After realizing CEX had no stock of the item announced online, they kindly provided me with suggestions on where to try. My surprise came with the statement “that port is rare in the UK”: be that the case or not, for quite a while now, GPUs come with DP and mini-DP ports, a reality to keep in mind.
This shop was amazing to go through so many games and so many consoles,iPhones and all of the gaming stuff that you want I went to pick up the orange box and Minecraft for Xbox 360 a family guy and crush and Lego game 2 and thought that the Lego game would be PS6 but it was PS5 but still kind workers and would be going there again.
