Very disappointing experience with staff, especially Criss.

Basically bought a computer online using gift card as partial payment, then a higher spec of the same machine got discounted and for not much more I ordered a second better one. I prefer to keep the higher spec machine, so I went instore to return the first one.

All was going fine until I mentioned that I also bought the second one and asked if I could come back with it as well and `return and rebuy` to apply the gift card I would have gotten for my return.

Criss was very suggestive about this being some sort of fraud attempt and refused to take the return, for which now I have to deal with the online team. All I wanted was to use the gift voucher I had for the computer I wanted – but there was no consideration taken despite my clear explanation and it was essentially a time and petrol wasted for me to get in store.

Very bad customer service and they made me feel like some sort of fraudster or thief – shame on you! Avoid!

The customer service at checkouts by Eric was so outstanding, he was patient enough, we are 10 minutes before to closing time and yet the store is closed he helped us to place the order. We intended to buy a 55″ tv on store, but due to stock availability we went home with a 50 ” LG tv, which is okay. But still the management team at the store is disappointed in service after the store close. The paper works took time , ERIC was really very much customer friendly. I came here to leave this review especially for him. Thanks ERIC.

Was having problems with my Hotmail account couldn’t get access to my emails with my iPhone. Went around to Curry’s at Craigleith Edinburgh spoke to a guy Craig who was super helpful and fixed my account even though I didn’t get my iPhone from there. Was so polite helpful and couldn’t thank him enough 10/10 if your having problems with your iPhone or email accounts I couldn’t recommend Curry’s at Craigleith so very positive experience with the staff and especially Craig. Very grateful.
