It took me quite a while to use this shop but went after I’d had such good service at the other shop & not regretted it for a minute!! Goodness knows what stopped me going there in the first place.
They are nothing but extremely helpful, kind & patient with a non Techy person like me. They checked my phone for hacking some months ago Free of charge & I was really concerned about it. They carry a huge range of stock items for probably every & anything you could think of and no silly phone shop prices so a complete no brainer to not use these guys, thanks for all your help & guidance, if I manage to remember a fraction of the pointers you’ve given me I might stop running to you in a panic one day !! Massive thank you’s all round xx

Worst Experience Ever – Avoid at All Cost

I had the absolute worst experience at iFix phones. Not only did they fail to fix my phone, but they also stole my card details. I left my card there by mistake, and they had the audacity to try making payments with it. When I confronted them, they denied everything and acted like it was my fault. This place is a scam. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and downright thieves. I wouldn’t trust them with anything, let alone my personal information. Avoid this store at all costs if you value your money and your sanity. This was the most horrendous customer experience I have ever endured. They deserve zero stars, but unfortunately, that isn’t an option.

Poor experience to say the least. Had to come in many times for the same problem (cracked phone screen) and different things had been said each time due to mistakes and lack of research from their part. Extremely poor customer service by the younger worker. Front lady does not understand the intricacies of fixing the device and gave incorrect information. Felt very patronised from both. We had to have put in a deposit for a new screen in which they ordered the wrong one yet didn’t give the deposit back claiming it was for their diagnostic charge and didn’t fix the screen in the end anyways. Wouldn’t come again.
