Charged us PS147 to replace the screen and the back on my wife’s iPhone 12. The back did not fit properly and was not flush to the camera. As such the phone will not fit into a case on the top corner. Said the corner needed grinding to make it fit from being dropped. This was the condition that it was taken into them and now we have a phone with the back lifting in the top corner and you can see inside the phone. Very unprofessional and rude when I pointed this out and unwilling to do the work properly.
I would avoid having anything done by them as I have now had to buy a new phone for my wife. Absolutely terrible service and workmanship.

It was a real pleasure to meet Mohammed in the store when I took in my Samsung 22 that wouldn’t charge. His manner oozed cheery confidence that “It would soon be sorted”. In front of my very eyes he then did just that. I will not deny being concerned that I might get the “leave that with us” and the whole thing turns into an expensive mystery. Loved the transparency. Wholly recommended.
Heard good things about this store, and got a quote for a phone screen replacement as PS75 fitted. Took the phone in a week later to book it in and was told it would be over PS100 for the part, then fitting extra. Went elsewhere 🙁
