My laptop had a meltdown one Friday morning…as a small business owner this was a disaster, but John kindly agreed to look at my laptop that same afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the extra part that was needed and my laptop was back up and running by Saturday! What a superstar! Brilliant service – straightforward, efficient and great communication. Thoroughly lovely guy, too. I would recommend.
Highly recommend John. Extremely responsive and fitted me in the next day to retrieve files and reset my desktop computer after it crashed. Arrived promptly and helped me with several other questions whilst he was here. Price was exactly as quoted and everything is up and running, with a better set up for the whole family than we had before. Would definitely use again for anything computer related.
John has done numerous bits for me, including restoring a locked laptop (including saving all files) and also fixing a number of PCs.
