Damaged my MacBook Pro, avoid at all costs.

My MacBook Pro was working perfectly with an external screen with no issues whatsoever. I have no idea what they did to it but it came back with wonky screws, some casing damage and now it does not work at all. See the images! I get a black screen with white blocks on. Mac Simple has shown no willingness to address this damage and has pushed the blame onto me. Do not trust this company, no attempt at a resolution, no apology, now I have to paid to have this fixed or sell it as damaged due to Mac Simple!

A really disappointing experience, I really advise everyone not to use these guys.

I don’t really do not leave bad feedback unless it’s absolute last results, the fact they have taken zero responsibly beggars belief.

Took a MacBook Air in that I purchase at auction (without asking it’s condition). I took it into Tom who was more than helpful, explaining all the issues with it, and how it should work, as unfortunately it was irreparable, as I was going to sell it on for a profit…so I lost out, but Tom did give me valuable advise on purchasing from general actions again. I would certainly go back with any Mac products in the future.

Found this little gem of a repair shop by pure accident, spoke with a chap called Tom very, very helpful repaired a dodgy key on my MacBook Pro, completed that day and the charge for repair was fantastic only PS5 WOW just Wow.

Would highly recommend this hidden gem.
