Popped in to see Mark and explained the issues I was having with my laptop, left it with him – he quoted and explained the issue and how to resolve, then within 4 hour it was done and ready for collection. Such an easy process for someone with no computer skills, Mark was really helpful and I was very impressed. Will always go to him for anything regarding computers in the future! Top man!
ABSOLUTELY amazing, straight forward information not only did I get a solution to my problem and got it fixed, I also got tailored information on how to improve upon what I already have, really nice guy, upfront and knows his stuff. I will not be going anywhere else. My only regret is that I cannot give this place more than 5 stars
The screen of our MacBook wasn’t working properly. Mark immediately diagnosed the problem and gave an indication of the cost to fix. He then found a second hand screen in perfect condition that was cheaper and had the MacBook back to us in no time. Nice guy to deal with and the end result was very impressive. Highly recommended.
