I was in the store for over 1 hour waiting too get seen.
Staff were really slow too help.
One guy managed to lose my info saved on my sim card,
Luckily i had it backed up at home on another sim card.
Avoid this branch and go to Exeter instead as they know what there doing.
I think the Exmouth branch need more staff who know what there talking about.

Dan helped me today and after an hour visit to the Exmouth store he sorted all my mobile problems! His knowledge is extensive and his customer service fantastic; so nice to be able to chat alongside getting the job done. Thanks for all your help. I’ll definitely be back when I need to upgrade!
Very lazy and un-helpful Staff! Appears to have minimal knowledge as I always get told to phone Vodafone directly rather than help me with what ever problem I have. Best to make the extra effort to go to Exeter than use this shop.
