Took in my 2015 MacBook Pro with a badly ‘mottled’ screen which made it difficult to see clearly in certain lighting conditions. Simon quickly declared it had delaminated, took it in for a couple of days and then when I picked it up the screen had been returned to its original sparkling condition. Brilliant! No need for the expense of a new screen……. Highly recommended.
Such an excellent place to go to for help, friendly and knowledgable, and reasonable. Simon recently spent ages with a phone problem, sadly could not help, so no charge at all for his time! He advised me to go to another business, that he recommended, good news, they fixed it(again, no charge!!) Such good service from two local businesses in Falmouth
Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable staff who seemed happy to do whatever possible to help, even though I was not yet a paying customer. Just popped in to make use of their UPS parcel services.
