I am 64 years of age and in very poor heaith. I had a problem wirh my laptop and asked if i could dropboff my laptop at their residence which is only two minuete walk from my flat The owners wife was really rude i uderstand they need to have your life away from work . But what they forget that the public helped them set up business by goingb to their home and dropping off goods at their house before they opened up shop in Hunts Pond Road . Pity their ignorancevand the owners wifes foul manners they they have lost business and potential business from my clise friends. I have since found a mobile laptop repair man who was veru obiging and only costb45.00 including drop off and delivery of my laptop Also he could not do enough for me . So therefore Glentec have lost quietbalot of business from me and business friends .b thank you. X

My charger wasn’t slotting in to my iPhone and I thought I needed the port changing. I popped in to Glentech and was greeted by two friendly, young chaps. They had a quick look at my phone and immediately saw an obstruction which they removed in seconds. All fixed and no charge! Thank you so much. Excellent customer service. Replaced a cracked screen on my phone. Had to order the part. I was kept informed during the process. When the new screen arrived it was fitted the next day in a couple of hours. Highly recommended.
