Ghastly. I will be posting as widely as possible for prospective customers to go anywhere else. I wanted a phone charger. A senior person doing nothing told Ethan to serve me. I asked twice if Ethan knew about the powerboats. He assured me that the 60 pound belkin modle had all the cables and attachments required to charge the powerbank and .my phone. Completely untrue. A lie. I returned and said he had misslead me: he said he had not: I said that was untrue and he knew nothing: he turned his back and ran off. His supervisor came and refused to tell me how to make a formal complaint, then refused to give me his name, then said he would not answer any questions. Then I started to record the conversation and he just said that was illegal and said that the shop was private property and I was to leave.
Terrible behaviour which escalated repeatedly by an untrained bully. I am retaining the recordings.
Currys should fire the supervisor and retrain Ethan.

Disappointing visit, after checking stock online the store staff were unable to find the item.
Upon entry we were greeted by a pleasant and approachable gentleman who directed us to the counter. The staff at the counter were fairly despondent and had no idea what a chromecast was. After aimlessly walking around claiming they had no idea where the stock is now kept.
After several minutes waiting it was suggested we go to Hedgend as they’ll know where theirs are.
I’m assuming the gentleman that greeted us was the floor manager, it was a shame that he did not seem interested in helping his colleagues find the product.
Considering the shop had more staff than customers a bit of effort would have been appreciated. The fact that the store’s stock file is clearly poorly organised is a poor reflection on the business and staffs attitude/actions only highlights the poor stereotype that Currys has.

I had the best experience in Fareham Currys. I went in on a Friday and explained what I needed, a gentleman showed me a high tech expensive apple laptop. I was uncomfortable with apple and said I needed time to think about it. Went in on Wednesday and thanks to Josh that listened to me and talked to me …. showed me exactly what I was needing. Didn’t try and sell but advised. I went back on Saturday and he patiently downloaded everything for me and set my laptop up. He explained everything to me, on how it all works. What the terminology was. I walked out of Currys confident that I have tge best product that suits my needs. Thanks Josh… you are amazing!
