Dissapointed and disgusted at the Manager of this shop. Bougth our Samsung TV 48″ on the said shop, tested with the Manager and staff says the remote isn’t working so my partner tried it again infront of them and it work!!! , but still they dont want to take it which is fine but due to the weigths of the 48″ inch we ask for help to bring it back to our place. They agree about it but a grown Man Manager lets a young girl staff to carry it her own which i found it so dissapointing and digusting how he treat his own staff doing things like this. I felt bad for the young girl so i told them with her carrying it on her own migth risk the TV and girl staff. I ask a Man staff to help my partner but this Manager dont want to change a young girl to a man staff and left us. Never ever get back in this shop.. a man like this should not be incharge and let young staff to be treated this way… Imagine if this was your daugther working with this kind of Man.

Bought 2 games for my son with his birthday money, both games crashed his console and had to rebuild database, took games back for a refund which wasn’t offered, had the cheek to tell me they could buy both games back for PS13 less than 50% of the PS30 that was given less than 24 hours earlier, only store credit was offered which I have no confidence in as all my previous experiences with cex, have not gone well. Will never shop here again.

Cannot contact CEX Bracknell even on the phone number supplied wanted to buy a camera but because I cannot get through to them they have lost a sale. TOTAL RUBBISH SHOP. After the reply from owner was unhelpful I wanted to buy a camera and wanted to know what the shutter count was before making a 60 mile round trip but unable to get the information, Cash Converters you can call store or get email response in a couple of hours. Recommended.
