Every time my husband and I come into this Currys at Middlebrook, Bolton, staff seem to determine we are not worthy of attention. Was hoping to purchase a new OLED TV yesterday, but a member of staff pulled away the staff member talking to us in favour of another customer they deemed more likely to make a purchase. The time before, the same thing happened and I ended up ordering my tech online from another retailer. We even purchased our ring doorbell from somewhere else because we were ignored by staff.

Well they have some stock of items required but possibly the one you want ain’t in (a sign on the fridge door would help). Extra sales people should be hired in on busy days and one with Body Odour should be told of the issue. A trail of BO followed wherever the person walked so a forced gap of 3 m was required.
The item wanted was out of stock like normal so settled for another item. Got home and told the wife, both unhappy of my pick went back credited pick and wanted another item – out of stock and asked to tell us when in…endless wait so bought somewhere else…

Went into store today to buy a washing machine, tried to get the attention of someone but staff members don’t seem to want to know and rather chat amongst themselves. Anyway, I managed to get the attention of a staff member and bought the washing machine, got it in the car, took it home to find it has been damaged. Took absolutely ages on the phone to get through to currys to be told to just take it back to store to which I did. Again, staff members and management stood about chatting. Managed to get an exchange in the end but I won’t be returning to this store again.
