Great service. Very friendly and fixed my laptop within 24 hours! My laptop was already beat up, Ian gave more life to it so I could finish my dissertation. A few weeks after everything was handed in, it was time to say goodbye to my companion. I have a new laptop now. Will absolutely give Ian a call again if I need a super efficient, friendly, on point communication and overall 5 out of 5 star service! No faults at all.
I recently lost all of my go pro holiday footage due to a corrupted SD card. Ian miraculously managed to recover a big chunk of the missing files, which I’m so incredibly grateful for. Ian was very professional throughout. He explained how the SD card may have gotten corrupted and provided some useful recommendations to avoid this from happening again in the future. Highly recommend his services 🙂
