I saw lots of good reviews so I went to him. Unfortunately wasn’t happy. Because he said “no fix no fee”. We left the phone with him, he said he will open the back, for free and check. If anything will cost money he will call. He called later and said he can’t fix it and to pick it up. He then said its PS35 as he opened it and changed something. I said you should’ve asked before and quoted an amount. He was nice guy but that doesn’t change the fact that he made us pay for doing nothing and the phone is still broken. Wouldn’t go back unfortunately and was too upset about the phone to argue with him and just paid.

I experienced an issue with my Samsung phone, where a red warning display appeared whenever I plugged it in to charge. I consulted Mr. Zahid at Tech Repair Zone in Putney. He identified a problem with the charging IC and requested to keep the phone for a few days. The issue was resolved efficiently.
Mr. Zahid is very approachable, and I will definitely return for his expertise should I encounter any future problems.

It was one of the best repair shops I have ever been to. There customer service was impeccable and the staff there were extremely friendly. I really do recommend this place as they Ben offer an extremely fair price that is better than any other repair shop. I give this 5* out of 5*. It was a fantastic experience I will definitely be coming here from now on!!!
