Very very very helpful staff! So understanding and so professional. We came in after getting scammed by the shop 1 min away from them (see pics). The rude guy from other shop refused to give us refund nor replace the product we bought and opened, and tried at his shop – right at his face (he even shouted at my parents telling them its not his product’s fault and he will not do a refund no matter what). Good thing he told us to check with CEX – because we found excellent customer service and helpful staff! CEX staffs (i forgot to get their names ) but all of them was so helpful and so nice! They helped us out and sold us a GOOD product that actually works! Lesson learned, do not go to cheap scammy shops like the one in the image. Trust CEX! Hammersmith staff is the best! Thank you a lot guys!

cycled all the way from CLAPHAM to Hammersmith to buy a withings body scan scales that what a great be turned up had a look at them said that there should be a wall mount for the handle at which point they decided they weren’t going to sell them to me because suddenly the band has frayed and this of that it suddenly happened in the two minutes that I arrived in the shop with Manager giving me some spout about it shouldn’t have been put on display well it was put on display and I had a wasted journey with not even a sorry so no not good at all
