What a breath of fresh air! If you’ve ever had to deal with any of the big corp ‘support desks’ you’ll know exactly what I mean! Thought I’d give them a try being local so rang about 10.30 and explained my problem – printer not recognising my laptops after a Windows update. Would you like us to pop round and take look says he, aye said I. How about 12.00 says he, perfect says I. By 12.30 I’m all back up and running at a very reasonable cost. I’d already spent more time than this looking for an online solution and trying to contact other service centres. Keep up the good work.
Wanted a quick repair on my Mac that had bricked it’s self. I messaged church town computers and they responded within 5 minutes and offered solutions including loaning a laptop while mine was fixed. Apple ended up sorting the issue, however this shop’s willingness to go the extra mile was more than noticed and I will definitely be coming back for any PC related issues.
I recently needed help with a hard drive which had stopped working with all my data on it. Churchtown computers managed to fix it and save all my data which was brilliant. This was done within the day and at a fair price. Thank you for your service cheers
