He is honest, dedicated and explains what has gone wrong in layman’s terms. So u can understand. Not talking in computer jargon.
He really looks after customers and their computers, and their needs.
He’s flexible, reliable and is in the shop till 6pm. Others close at 5pm.
My computer came out speedier and healthier after been fixed.

This business is a GEM and not to be overlooked

I recently brought my 5 year old, well used laptop into the shop with a black screen, a loose VGA connection and a dead HDMI port. Edmund quickly diagnosed the problem as a no longer functioning motherboard and ordered a reconditioned one. He let me know that the replacement was a dud, so ordered another one and replaced the original one as soon as it arrived. The cost for the reconditioned mother board with working HDMI and VGA connections, all fitted, was PS150 – much cheaper than a new laptop. Brilliant service and price. Highly recommended!

Really good service and reasonable price. He was kind enough to come in the morning when I called him, understood my situation and repaired my laptop on the same day itself. He was very warm and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The business was inside the ten pin bowling place building, since there were no sign boards outside, it was a bit difficult to find the place though.
