Don’t bother wasting your money with this company. Sold me an unsafe phone as the battery exploded within a week of buying it. As a result of the battery exploding it damaged the inside of the phone. Took the phone back under warranty. The battery was replaced, however all the other damage caused by the battery, they want me to pay for….not sure what the point of the warranty is other than to use it to wipe my backside. Staff and and the manager are clueless and the manager is very rude and doesn’t want to know about the problem or even accept responsibility of it. He’s clearly got my money so doesn’t want to know. Stay clear of this company as they don’t seem care about the quality of the products they sell. I accept with a secondhand phone you’re not going to get perfection. However I do expect to buy a phone that is safe and proper checks done on it before it is sold. I would give no stars as my rating but have to give 1.

I phoned Ifixtech to see if they could fix my phone. They said to bring it down and they would look at it. I drove to Affinity Fleetwood and I walked into the store and the guys who were there were very polite and they looked at my phone and they managed to fix it straight away. I am so do grateful for their speed and politeness. Thank you guys for fixing my phone. This was today 14/5/23 at 13.00pm.

Went today to see what I wasn’t receiving any emails the man who dealt with me messed my iPad up and put a screen protector with all fingerprints on the sticky side,he was a total waste of space I had to then go to Bispham to another phone and computer repair shop rip the screen protector off and have my iPad working again I will never ever go again and will tell my friends to stay away.
