Absolutely above and beyond service!
After visiting several locksmiths today to have my key fob put back together (School girl error took the silicone part off when I got it wet). I had been quoted PS413 to replace it as it “couldn’t be done”, I don’t know what I was thinking when I walked in and asked the lady in here for help(something along the line of they deal with fine detail things) but to say she had it as her mission was an understatement. The key is now back in a condition I can send back with the car, saved me PS413 and no longer in the Mr bad books , witnessed such good customer service to other customers whilst I was there also, will absolutely be back in a heartbeat and I can not thank you enough for today!!

Recently had to have a smashed phone screen repaired, the ladies who helped me were clearly very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They were honest about time frames on ordering parts/repair times (and accurate too) and offered me choices on a cheaper repair or an official/premium part (I went with the recommended official part).

One of the grandchildren complained that their phone wasn’t charging. So with an expectation of an expensive visit we were delighted to be told that it was some detritus that had got in the charging point and was stopping the cable touching the phone’s internal battery. A quick professional clean and all was good! Keep your phone in good working order and visit this shop for a phone makeover! Recommended!
