DO NOT GO HERE. I am 75 years old and my Email app disappeared from my screen. I took it into the shop and they reinstalled it for me. When got home I could not open my emails. I phoned the shop and he said I had to sign in to open them with my details I originally signed in with. I explained I could not remember them and could he help me to sort it. He then said no we don’t do that. I phoned Currys who could not believe they charged me PS60 to put my email icon back on screen, it would take only a few minutes. So I can still not access my emails and Currys said they would have done it for free. I am now going to have to pay someone else to sort this for me. Had I known they could not help I would never have gone to Computers Direct.
I really cannot speak highly enough about the abilities and professionalism of the people in this company. It is some years now since they built me a PC, which was tailored to my needs and was infinitely better than any prepackaged machine I could buy from retailers or on line. I have upgraded over the years and every time their service has been second to none. If you want to deal with a company that epitomises the best of the best then pick this one.
Took my very old laptop in for a service as it was really slow and new ones are very expensive. They did an excellent job, now I dont fall asleep waiting for it to come on and it will last awhile longer. Used Computers Direct before and never had a bad experience, so will certainly use them again.
