A year ago, I walked into this shop for a laptop repair. I met a very kind gentleman who asked me to leave it with him. he rang me up when he discovered why it wasn’t powering on. He gave me a quote for the repairs. I was overwhelmed as I didn’t have all the money he had mentioned. I was a student at the uni of Hull, and was in the middle of my research project, which I couldn’t access on my laptop. I broke down and cried my heart out. The guy brought me some tissues and asked why I was crying. I explained my scenario. Then he brought me a laptop from his store and gave it to me free!! He was kind enough to transfer my data from my broken laptop, and off I went to complete my project. Thank you Computer Support coz you saved my life that time.

Sent Laptop and self diagnosed with broken charging points. Fixed no problem. Laptop still wouldn’t work. They ordered a new battery to see if that was the problem. Still no luck. Kept in touch with me regularly. They looked for motherboards to replace the one in the Laptop. Phoned and told me that the prices were extortionate and it would be cheaper to get a new laptop. Honest throughout while process. Refused to charge for initial repair. Would definitely definitely recommend if you want an honest diagnosis and excellent job. Thank you for the effort you put in to repair. Will definitely use again.

I have used this company a few times, and been very satisfied. The problem this time is, they have now had the above items for almost 3 weeks, and whilst I appreciate they are busy, 3 times they have promised to contact us re updates, but never have. They were going to let us know if they could do anything, so we called in today, and there was still no update. Although I mentioned the lack of updates in a none aggressive way, the Lady told me to ‘watch my manner’. They obviously don’t like criticism of any sort. Looking at the reviews I am obviously in a minority.
