Do not buy things from here! ! Save your time . Once they get your money, there is no refund policy even if the phone is unqualified and defective. They deny the problem and ask you as customer to have nicer attitude. You state their responsible as seller then they say they no care about UK law. Should never walk in this shop at first place.

Like I said, they refuse to admit problem and keep accusing customer to have nicer attitude. Are u serious? I am also Asian and u make up race issue now.
They refuse refund and give u another unqualified phone and they threaten u to delete picture when u try to take picture of phone as evidence.
This is first time I give bad reviews and worst experience as customer. Please do not visit this shop, if u want to experience worst side of humanity- dishonesty, greedy, two faces before and after they get your money. It doesn’t worth your time.

I came to the shop for fixing my iPhone 15 pro max and they did the best job. My screen was broken and they fixed my screen with original quality in just under an hour and provided me free screen protector and case with extra cable as well. Their customer service is very good and very lovely people

Amazing service, had my galaxy A71 repaired within 20 minutes with a new screen that worked perfectly and charged a reasonable price. Would highly recommend going here for phone repairs as the owner is very knowledgable on phones and very helpful!
