Customer service was shocking to say the least. Need to learn some people skills. Forgot my item was in for repair had to call to chase it and further damage to my daughter’s tablet was made in attempt to repair. Didn’t notice till I go home which is frustrating. Not good value for money felt ripped off. Will not recommend this company.
I would not go anywherelse. Sang is Reliable and trustworthy. He has done repairs on the switch for me and I brought many consoles iPods phones a laptop from him last five years. He always gone out his way to get me things I needs and games I want. My dad has used him too for phones. He even did emergency phone repair for me.
I contacted NS Tech regarding a broken laptop hinge. Sang, of NS Tech collected my laptop from home and fixed and returned it on the same day. Very professional service and included a one year warranty. I would highly recommend.
