My phone screen broke so I took it to fix. The store worker had two options and I went for the cheaper version. He installed the display wrong so the next day (less than 24h) the screen wasn’t responsive and it had cracked again out of the blue!! I took it back and the same guy responded “see, I told you to not choose the cheaper version”. Sir, so you are advising me not to buy your own product?? Extremely dodgy practice to blame a customer for their bad service! They said they wouldn’t fix it because it was broken. It broke because of their poor skills at replacing the screen.
Lost 90PS for this.

They also replaced my laptop battery for me and now its working good as new again. Very professional and had it back the on the same day for a great price (see photos for before and after).Cannot recommend R Mobile enough and I will be using them for all my tech and repairs from now on.
