After a lengthy discussion, in which David outlined all the pros and cons of repair vs replacement, I decided on a replacement iMac. David provided great advice on the options offered by Apple and came round to help set it up using the recovered disk from the failed iMac.

This is what service should be like everywhere, but unfortunately you find it in only a few places. This is one. Surrey Hills PC is a real gem.
