Had quite a major laptop issue, motherboard totally ruined. Have quite a technical friend who had a look at most of the software level stuff to see if there was anything, and handed this over. Took a while to get a response from them, if your phone gives no caller id, turn it off when you call then you can get a text number instead! I knew it was going to be unlikely they could fix it anyway, other than some slow response times and some issues with communication, I knew it would be a long shot anyway. When I came to pick it up, they were very nice, couldn’t find a replacement for the part but handed it back over and let me go on my way.

Amazing service! My phone shut down after the storage was too full. I kept putting off sorting it but wish I hadn’t. The process was so easy. I went to PC Revamp on Monday at lunch time. The lovely person on reception helped explain options of what they could possibly do, really knowledgeable. At 4pm I received my text letting me know they had been able to repair it and it was ready for collection. Can’t recommend enough. For the price of only PS15 I’ve now got a fully working phone. I only wish I’d gone sooner. I will always go here for any repair in future. Thank you!

When I needed to change my phone I contacted Revamp and they were able to supply me with what I needed.
