one star too many, took my phone in for repairs and was quoted a price we mutually agreed. On collection of my phone, I was charged a further PS30 for unauthorised repairs they carried out. Phone was handed back without charge so couldn’t check it, after a full charge I discovered they had broken the lock screen button (probably just a misplace wire) so I took it back, after refusing to pay them more money to rectify it they reluctantly agreed to fix it free of charge only to hand it back with a charger fault (although they charged me for this as an unauthorised repair the first time) again they tried to charge me and same happened I refused and reluctantly they agreed to look at it. lots of phone calls later (from me to them) and 4 weeks passed. the motherboard had broken, then it wasn’t broken, then it was again but he was still working on my phone (even though he said it couldn’t be ‘fixed’) I set them a deadline giving them four full weeks to finish the ‘work’ or replace my phone which they went over only to hand me someone else’s phone whilst trying to pass it off as mine!!!! (even though I said id accept a replacement?) (texts still on the phone, different music library etc) the previous owners number was still linked to the phone and she was receiving my texts too. now what professional swaps a phone in the first place and dishonestly tries telling you it’s yours but secondly these ‘professionals’ (term used VERY loosely) didn’t even think to reset it! COWBOYS! DO NOT USE! and the owner is one of the rudest people I have ever met….. until you mention trading standards, then he is relatively polite (but you can see it kills him to be)

They are totally unprofessional.i took my laptop in for repair,they fixed it for me after couple of days and when i got home the laptop wasn’t working.i took it back to them they kept it for couple of days without doing nothing.after calling several days they fixed it.i got home wasnt working again.i took the laptop back and they said in 2 days is ready but they kept my laptop for 5 weeks.i phone every day and they were lying that tomotrow ias going to be ready every single day for 5 weeks.finally i took the laptop back still broken.
For your own good STAY AWAY of this people,they are liars and they dont know what they are doing they charged me PS70 for NOTHING!

I came here out of pure desperation, I needed a 4pin molex for my modular psu. Since maplins are no longer around and Pc World don’t sell anything other than prebuilt PCs I tried here and they had it. The person who served me knew want I wanted and had it to hand in seconds. Considering pc world are specialists they didn’t even know what I meant “I don’t know but it should be here” kind of job.
Thank you Kind sir you saved me for days of waiting without my pc.
