I had a problem with my TV connecting with the soundbar . Ian came to my house and gave the whole system a thorough check over but couldn’t correct the fault , so he took the soundbar back to his workshop for a further check and discovered that it had an intermittent fault before returning it to me . His charges were very fair . Will certainly use J K Electronics again if needed. Thank you Ian .
