Unbelievably friendly customer service and expert advice to match. Annoyingly, I couldn’t log in to Windows due to some error that occurred and it wasn’t accepting my administrator password. IC repaired my PC right there and then in the shop within 10 minutes and prevented the error from taking place in the future.
I decided to go with IC-repairs after hearing about their high reputation and I am not disappointed, they have helped me in the past as well with PC upgrades, hardware and software related. Very impressed!
Replaced my MacBook battery for PS120 with original battery and including labour. Sent in on Monday, had it back by Thursday. Made my life soo much easier and a fraction of the price of Apple! The laptop is like brand new professional, friendly, provided a receipt too and so easy to get this issue fixed. Upfront and honest. Would defo recommend!
We took our computer to be repaired we weren’t hopeful as it is twelve years old . Sadly we were correct but thanks to the guys they managed to retrieve thousands of photos . They set up our new laptop which was much appreciated. We cannot praise them enough. Highly recommend 5 stars and more
