Samsung phone screen cracked, and needed repaired. Mohammed said he’d fix it, and offered a complimentary phone in the meantime.

When it returned from having the screen replaced, it had difficulties booting, and so needed to be fully wiped. I’d backed up most files, but lost documents that never backed up. Hindsight 20/20.

When it finally returned, it’d taken quite a few days, but Mohammed was very apologetic, and I understand these things can happen. He offered a screen protector, which I wouldn’t use – I asked if I could have a charging cable instead, as it’d be of more use. He agreed.

Whenever I’d asked EE about a replacement, they quoted PS100+, and told me they’d wipe they hard drive as standard. I made the right choice choosing Hotspot.

Overall – very helpful, provided a complimentary phone during the repair, gifted a charger cable, and offered a good deal for the new screen. The store goes above and beyond to ensure the customer gets what they’re looking for.

NB – Moral of the review – back up *all* your files, and use strong phone case.

I’d use Hotspot for repairs in the future, if I’m in the area.

Due to my mobile phone being unable to charge, I visited Hotspot for advice. I had never used this company previously. The female assistant was excellent polite and knowledgeable and explained the problem. It was agreed my phone would be fixed the following day. When I arrived the following day, my phone had been fixed and the male assistant explained everything that had been done to correct the problem. My phone is now working perfectly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this family-owned business to any of my friends/ family. Furthermore, what I found refreshing was the standard of customer care provided by both individuals. First class experience.

She would like to express her appreciation and recommendation after an employee very kindly helped her with an issue she was having on her laptop- relating to being locked out of an account due to a password issue.
