I don’t normally write reviews but I am so upset with these guys I feel I have to and would give 0 star if it were possible. Traded in my mobile for a Google 7 Pro in their Easter’23 promotion. Was offered good trade in price for my old phone but didn’t know, nor was I informed by shop, that the voucher was issued with a supplementary value good only for that day. When I came to spend the voucher a few weeks later the supplementary value had been removed. After many hours with customer service found out what happened and was refused an re-issue for the supplementary value. Subsequent emails and letters to customer service and CEO ignored. It is now February 2024. I am never buying anything again from Curry’s. Avoid.

Disgusting customer service – as said by the person below me. I was about to spend PS2500 for a new iPad Pro (I just broke my PS3000 MacBook and needed to walk out with something same day for my business). Treated like garbage by the incompetent staff so I just said fine I’ll go buy it from the Apple Store if you want to be a jerk about it and left. Manager was screaming at someone being so rude when I walked in first time (I went to a few computer shops to see what people had before deciding to come back to buy the iPad so it was my second time there that day). Avoid this place just buy direct from the manufacturer if you can wait! Don’t give jerks your business

Disgusting customer service, never met worse employees in my life. went in to purchase apple headphones, asked them if they had any and said they don’t leave them out cause people steal, didn’t give any further information didn’t offer to show them to me or tell me to buy them online not another word was said, as leaving the store the employees gave each other a nasty look, thanks for letting me know that your store was not worthy of getting my money
