I brought my computer to PC Doctor for what seemed like a straightforward fan replacement. From the start, I was told it would take two weeks to get the replacement part, which was already longer than I expected. After patiently waiting without a single update from them, I finally got my computer back, but just one week later, the fan broke down again.
When I considered taking my PC to another repair shop after the second failure, I realized I would lose the PS90 I had already paid to PC Doctor. So, I had no choice but to return it to them and endure another two-week wait for the replacement part as they would not offer a refund.
PC Doctor’s slow service and lack of a refund policy made this experience incredibly frustrating. If you’re looking for reliable and timely computer repairs, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
