The worst experience ever. I was told that my Samsung s8 screen could be replaced the same day and collected at 10pm from the shop. After paying an initial deposit of PS80.00 I contacted the shop at 9pm to ascertain the progress. None of my calls were answered so I had to go in person. When I arrived I was informed that the screen that had arrived was faulty and therefore had to be sent back? The man then stated that he had a friend that worked in Samsung and that he would try the following Sunday morning to obtain a screen to replace. I was not contacted at all on Sunday and again I had to attend in person to be informed that the screen could not be obtained. I.was then informed that as the following Monday was a bank holiday then phone could not be fixed but that my.phone would be ready on Tuesday at 8pm. Again I contacted the shop around 7pm on Tuesday to ascertain the progress and again there was no response. When I attended the shop for the third time I saw a sign at the front staying that the shop would be closed for the next 2 days due to electrical problems? When I knocked on the door the owner eventually opened up and said unfortunately there was a check in the morning and that they had been asked to replace he entire electrical system! I asked if my phone had been fixed to which he replied no as he had been too busy dealing with the electrical issues. He then stated that he would definitely have my phone fixed by Wednesday evening. As I could no longer trust these clowns I asked for a refund of my deposit and left. I would say avoid avoid avoid. They make false promises and deliver nothing.

AVOID AT ALL COST! The guy had my phone for almost 3 months. He says he will call when he has fixed the mobile…but he didnt (maybe because he never did fix it!) Every time I called the shop I was told he wasn’t there or they just didnt answer. I went to the shop numerous times and couldn’t catch him as he only starts at 8 PM?????? In the end I just wanted the phone back. So almost 3 months later still mobile not fixed. Place is a joke. Laptops and mobiles everywhere. Even he said I have another job I’m too busy…very unorganised and unprofessional. Dont make the mistake I did…avoid avoid avoid!

Good customer service. I went to print 2 A4 pages of black and white posting labels.The shop keeper was kind enough to let me use some of his table space and scissors to organise my parcels, I came out of the shop with parcels ready to be dropped off immediately.
