Very upsetting to be writing this, considering last year I left a 5+ star review.. However, I’ve now chosen to delete that and write this. Contacted this company after using phone repairs several times, referred friends and family. However, I contacted them about a charging port repair. All agreed on the phone I would pop after I finished work (just before 5pm to pay a PS10 deposit) man on the phone told us “not to worry we are open till 5:30pm” I thought amazing, I finished work 30 minutes early to ensure I got there before 5pm as that’s what we agreed over the phone… turned up to the shop between 5 and 10 to 5pm… doors locked, no answer after I called and called (unsure if they where still inside but maybe locked up and waited for me coming) but no… nothing.
Very alarming that they would happily turn business away after they agree something with a customer- especially telling me (I repeat myself) “not to worry we are open till 5:30pm” baring in mind they’ve closed 35/40 minutes earlier..
So the next day, Tuesday, the day my phone was meant to be handed in to be repaired and collected that evening… I decided to call as I needed to go into work so was unable to call into the shop. Spoke with somebody on the phone that was totally disgrarding what I was saying, telling me the owner is a family man and that’s probably why he closed the shop early, that I need to pay a deposit today as well as leave my phone and I wouldn’t get it back till Wednesday evening… so it would take 31 hours to repair after we agreed PS10 deposit on the Monday, then Tuesday morning phone drop off, Tuesday evening pick up. Man on the phone was just not getting my point. I’ve lost wages coming out of work to pay a deposit which was agreed with the owner, owner then shut the shop early knowing fine well I was coming, now threatened it would take 30 odd hours to repair my phone… I was just so annoyed and told the man on the phone, we agreed something which you/owner has not followed through with after I’ve made arrangments to get the phone repaired there…. I requested a call back from the owner to discuss why he clearly (purposely) done this to me… still waiting on the call back now!!!
Very disgusting, and I’m seriously not happy…. customer service is absolutely shocking. What business would shut their shop early when a customer is coming!!!!
So now stuck with no call, loss of pocket from work, stressful call repeating myself again and again over the phone, wasted my day all Tuesday and today waiting for a phone call and still not received it, no apology, no contact, no offer of how to fix this… no, nothing.
SHOCKING!

TLDR: They are Honest, Fix the problem rather than replace.

i rate this guy pretty highly, my computer had an unusual problem, one of the PCI-E lanes is faulty, which lead to intermittent problems and was hard to find.
most other places would just charge me for a new motherboard, this guy actually tried to fix it rather than replace. discovered it works fine as long as i keep my ram single channel. performance wise the difference isn’t that great so im pretty happy.

also my pc was filthy so i paid for a service and some extra noctua fans at my request.
(useing an air cooler on an i9 i need fans for days)

plenty communication, they tell you what they are up to with your computer and share findings from start to finish which was nice

After an accident took place which resulted in my ps5 hdmi port being broken I was stressed about getting it fixed as soon as possible. I rang tech and games and within minutes they had offered a straight away repair and I had my ps5 back within 24 hours!! This was so impressive, especially since they did a full service as well and my ps5 has never run better. The people in this shop are so friendly and reassuring with everything they needed to do. I was kept up to date and contacted straight away to let me know when I could come collect my ps5. I’ve never had such a good experiences in getting tech fixed – will be going here again if I ever require further technical assistance.
