I’m certain on some occasions this guy has successfully fixed items and people were happy with the service. My partner had a TV screen fixed from here so it was an obvious choice when my TV wasn’t switching on. This was in January and I was very patient and understanding when every week I would phone and I would have an update on what he was trying in regards to the TV being eventually fixed.

March came and I was told that all avenues had been exhausted and the TV was broke. We struck a deal and I bought a second hand TV from Big H PS120. I was happy to finally have a TV but the TV wouldn’t connect to the Internet and this stopped me from accessing the On demand feature which clearly did not work. I also stated that the sound was very poor and I wasn’t happy with the product.

When I phoned back to report the problem I was not met with the same attitude or manner that I had encountered over the past few months. I was told to bring the TV back and the money was there to refund. It was almost as if he wasn’t happy that I had this problem and from then on I seen very rude obnoxious behaviour.

I am writing this this review to warn people that it is a gamble to whatever mood he is in and that will determine how he addresses you.

After standing with the TV and Big H trying to prove us wrong, it was clear the Internet would not to connect to and the On Demand did not work. I asked for my refund and was told to leave my details and he would transfer. After I got home I phoned to ask when exactly I would be refunded. He didn’t know and then informed me it could be the following day.
I said its a good job I’ve asked because as I was expecting it the same day. I would have appreciated good customer service but the manner in which I was spoke to was very abrupt. In future I would hope that he didn’t take his moods out on customers and not see returned items as a personal attack.

After long drawn out interaction I did receive my refund but my experience was very stressful.

I will look forwards to your honest response and as you do not take constructive criticism well, I’m sure there will be some insulting remarks in your reply.

PLEASE AVOID THIS CONMAN, I BOUGHT AN INDUSTRIAL MICROWAVE FROM HIM FOR MY NEW BUSINESS IT WAS RETURNED TO HIM WITHIN A COUPLE OF MONTHS HE REPAIRED THIS FREE OF CHARGE, AS HE SAID AS A GOOD WILL GESTURE, SO A COUPLE OF MORE MONTHS PAST AND THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM RETURNED I TOOK IT BACK TO HIM THIS TIME HE CHARGED ME PS60, A COUPLE OF MORE MONTHS PAST AND IT WAS BACK TO HIM AGAIN HE TOLD US HE WOULD LOOK AT IT AND WOULD GET BACK TO ME BUT HE NEVER DID WHEN I CONTACTED HIM HE SAID HE HAD DESTROYED MY MICROWAVE AS HE HAD CALLED ME ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AND COULD NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ME, THIS IS TOTAL LIES HE AS NEVER TRIED TO CONTACT ME, HE ALSO SAID HE HAD NO CALL RECORDS TO PROVE THIS, I WAS A NEW BUSINESS SO REALLY COULD OF DONE WITH NOT BEING RIPPED OFF BY THIS CON MAN, HE DOESNT DESERVE THE 1 STAR I HAVE HAD TO GIVE IN ORDER TO POST MY REVIEW

A big thanks to Chris for his prompt service and expertise – my Samsung TV would switch on, then almost immediately turn itself off. This cycle repeated continuously, without actually showing a TV programme picture. Turned out to be a faulty processor on the main board – TV good as new again. I would highly recommend Chris – he also loaned me a TV whilst mine was in for repair, as the components had to be sourced from a supplier, which took a couple of days to arrive. Thanks again.
