I had my ipad repaired at this store for the charging port but overheating created a lot of ripples in the screen and it needed to be replaced, they said they would fix it for me but every time I asked they said it would be ready in a couple of days, each time they gave a different reason and I waited close to two weeks…this time I asked and again they said it would be ready in a couple of days eventually I just took it away. It cost me 80 pounds to repair and 50 pounds to return. In the meantime I gave them my ipad password (which is actually probably not needed) they turned off the screen usage time so let me don’t know what they did on my ipad…totally untrustworthy store, wasted a lot of my time and effort!

This is the place to go if you need assistance with electronics! I highly recommend this store. My Kindle suddenly died wirh all my vacation photos. As a foreigner I was worried about a place I could trust. I was so pleased to find a store that was friendly, fast, and had reasonable prices. A gem!

Lovely experience,highly recommended, fixed my sons phone screen in no time. He had it back in a couple of hours . The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. And didn’t rip me off . Always a bonus . Will definitely go back if any problems in the future
