I was building to a budget so it was good to see the running total updating quickly

Not sure if the website precludes certain combinations like on others, maybe I was lucky!

After the order was accepted there were reqular email updates as it was processed, built and tested and the delivery was very straightforward

The courier (DPD) and UKGC websites were consistent and Iwas given a 1 hour delivery slot which DPD met (arrived exactly at the start of it)

Huge box, but system was securely packaged inside within the PC case with internal packaging to keep components from moving in transit

Worked straight out of the box (left it for an hour after unpacking as recommended), so far have played Skyrim Anniversary and TrainSim World4 at full spec with no issues. Systenm looks great, is quite and runs very cool – unlike my previous system!

My son was able to select all of the parts that he wanted for his custom built gaming PC, from a large range of options, which clearly showed the difference in pricing if he wanted to upgrade or downgrade certain selections. We were kept up to date at every stage of the order/build and delivery was made within the estimated time. The PC arrived safely with clear instructions and links to videos if we needed them, for safe unboxing and set up. We emailed with a question during set up and received a quick response that resolved our query. The PC is running perfectly and my son is very happy with his purchase. Having used UK Gaming Computers twice for purchasing two different pcs, I haven’t ever had a bad experience. This is now the only place I will go for my pcs whether it’s for upgrading or for a whole new system. With my first pc I ordered (during lockdown), they upgraded my motherboard for free because the original part I ordered would of delayed the build time by a few weeks. The upgrade was a substantial one too, now what other company would do that? My second pc I purchased recently was completely customised to how I wanted it using their really easy and simple website. The website makes sure what ever parts you choose that everything is compatible. Currently have a 4080 Super built by UKGC and it’s an absolute beast!
