Went to store on Tuesday morning around 9.10am. First salesperson I approached very kindly took the item I wanted to buy to the counter and said one the colleague behind the counter will serve me. There were two girls. One of them was putting some papers together and the second was on the till doing something on the tablet. I stood there for six minutes. Neither one of them acknowledged me. I asked her if she can take the money, without looking up she stated she was serving another customer. I waited for another 3 minutes and decided to walk out. I saw the first salesperson and thanked him for taking the item to the counter but his colleagues were too busy to take the money. He kept apologising and made sure someone served me. He even took the item to the car. There was no apology from the cashiers. They couldn’t care less.

Absolutely rubbish customer service! RUDE & VERY DISRESPECTFUL STAFF!!!
My mum went today to buy a washing machine & they at first were ignoring her then later.. one of the staff has the audacity to say “show me your business card first or you will not be able to buy as your type of people usually can’t afford & take the stuff and run away when it comes to paying” how dare he!!! I am very surprised that these type of judgmental & disrespectful people have a job with such attitude! He is soooo lucky I was not there and my mum has a very good tolerance level that she just got disappointed and walked out as she did not want to shop there no longer after that very highly offensive, racist and judgemental comment! And as she was leaving he & another female staff fully laughed and giggled behind her back! Nasty hearted people

This store is now open and has replaced the one that has closed just before Southall. It has two floors, with tech, tv and gadgets downstairs, whilst white goods are upstairs. There were a lot of televisions without sizes or prices when I went and nobody to ask, so I gave up. I like the store but it still has issues with lack of staff and information on goods.
