Recently I bought a “new”phone that is obviously a used one. My mistake, I should have checked! 1) the phone still had one WhatsApp number and screen picture on it; proof of not a new phone 2) dirt on the back side of phone 3) and various websites sell new Samsung Galaxy A 15 phones for less than PS 100. I paid PS 150 plus PS20 for transporting contents of my old phone plus PS 10 for charger. I complained but just denials from them.

Went into store today to fix my Samsung s23 ultra screen, back lense and have a new screen protector fitted. Nothing but professional throughout the whole repair. Highly recommend will be back if I have anymore problems
