I needed completely new monitors for work purposes and opted for a high end brand. After browsing in large stores and conducting an extension search online I found The IT Bay, the prices were shockingly low compared to everywhere else (too good to be true like someone else stated in a review) I decided to give it a go after reading reviews and I was not disappointed at all! My items came the next working day, they were packaged really well like you would expect from any well known store and they are the high end brand I wanted for a much lower price. I registered the new items for warranty online after asking The IT Bay for help, they were extremely helpful and I am a very happy customer. I highly recommend The IT Bay and will definitely be visiting their site again for all my IT needs. Fantastic company!

I was unsure at first because like other reviewers I hadn’t heard of them before. I ordered a portable monitor and they were PS50 – PS100 cheaper for the particular model I was interested in. I emailed them and also had a web chat with their agent on their site. They delivered the product next day via DPD. Product was well packaged. I would like to assure all the first-time buyers that they are reliable. I will definitely buy again if I need any IT product in the future.

IT Bay is a great company. I had an issue with my computer after a year. Tried every thing to fix it, unsuccessfully, at the end i thought i will call ITbay as i bought my computer from them.
