In the past Geeks on Wheels have been very helpful but on this occasion they were unable to assist with my problem ( I had lost email history from my laptop going back to 2016 ) . In their favour, the person I spoke to on the phone was polite , apologetic and refunded my payment for an on line appointment as he hadn’t been able to help. However when I sought a second opinion with another company the technician was able to sort the problem straight away and retrieve my emails. so maybe they should try a little harder if someone else rings with a similar problem.

These Guys are INCREDIBLE. They are prompt, efficient and they are just nice people to deal with. Personally, I would not go anywhere else for Tech support AND they are very reasonably priced for the work they do.

They today sorted out my Laptop that had similar issues. They were fast, attentive and dealt with these issues promptly and effectively.

Again, a big thanks to ALL the Geeks team. You are BRILLIANT!

Have just had a remote session with Folco . He was extremely helpful, patient and polite and sorted my problems very efficiently. As there was some time left at the end of the hour-long session he helped me tidy some folders and files. I would thoroughly recommend Geeks on Wheels.
