Avoid at all costs. Panasonic recommend them as their go to camera fixing service, but they are possibly the most dreadful tech support company I have ever used. Having paid PS18 to have my camera delivered and the delivery delayed a couple of times, I then received no confirmation the camera had arrived. I tried contacting them multiple times via email and phone call to no avail.

After 2.5 weeks they finally emailed me back saying they were short staffed so couldn’t answer calls and they didn’t have the parts to fix my camera and wouldn’t tell me the issue, but they would only return it if I paid another PS30. Avoid them at all costs!

I’ve never encountered such abysmal customer service from any company before. I hardly know where to start. It took them three months just to repair my camera, with no updates or communication whatsoever. It felt like they couldn’t care less, now that they had my money. When my camera was finally returned, it was only half-fixed and they managed to damage other parts that were previously working fine. I expressed my disappointment via email, only to receive a generic response promising someone would get in touch. A week has passed and, predictably, no resolution has been reached. If I could give them negative stars, I would. My advice? Steer clear of this company at all costs.

Having been quoted PS150 just for the call-out by Samsung’s official service agent and told that they would have a problem getting spares for such an old (5 years 65″ tv), I contacted DK. A visit was arranged for the following day. The engineer promptly diagnosed the problem and replaced the lead. DK only charged for the cost of the cable.
