Took my ps5 to these guys for a USB repair… two days later after chasing them about repair, the blue light of death has appeared when they tried to turn it on and they ‘havent been into it at all’!!! well i collected it and once home – it is plainly clear that they have been into it as all bolts show signs of removal, even the warranty sticker has been removed and replaced…. Not happy about this at all….if you havent attempted to go into it why tamper with the sticker……… seriously unhappy….. is it even my original ps5 guts in this????????????????????????????

It was working before I brought it in, uploaded data to cloud, powered off and brought to you guys…
Callum told me ‘ you haven’t been into it at all’ when clearly you have..
You even said…. we don’t need to power it up for the usb change when I came in with it…..

My car wouldn’t start, immobiliser light kept flashing, I was told the soldering was cracked on the back of the cluster. I dropped it down to Ralph, who found a wider problem with the cluster. He repaired to a high quality and my car started first time after having the cluster back. Definitely recommend!
